NOISE._
Normal is a business model. It sells safe records, safe campaigns and safe faces, and it has never once made anyone care.
We work with southern African artists from Ireland, which makes no sense on paper. Neither does anything good.
If the first draft doesn't make somebody in the room uncomfortable, we haven't started yet.
DONE BADLY ON PURPOSE.
No retainers for work we don't believe in. Project rates, honest timelines, one team from pitch to delivery.
Identity, art direction, campaign concepting, packaging, the whole face of the thing.
Music videos, docs, tour films, shot on the continent with crews from the continent.
Day-to-day, releases, sync, EU touring and the paperwork nobody warned you about.
Always-on channels, community, and the kind of drops that don't need a media buy.
Releases, events and campaigns placed with the meme, lifestyle and music pages people already read.
SIX WEEKS, USUALLY.
You talk to the people doing the work, start to finish. There is no account layer because there are only nine of us.
A call where we tell you what we think is wrong with the current work. Free, and occasionally the end of the conversation.
We present a single direction, fully built. No safe option beside it to make the brave one look reckless.
Shoot, design, build. Crews hired on the continent. Two rounds of changes, written down before we start.
Files, guidelines and the raw footage. You own all of it. We stay on for the launch if you want us there.
Playlists, shoot diaries, open calls and the occasional argument. Roughly weekly, never scheduled.

€4,000, no brief, no approvals, no rights taken. Applications close 30 September.
SCARES YOU.
Send us the work you're least happy with and we'll tell you what we'd change. No deck, no credentials presentation. Roughly a third of these end the conversation, and that's fine.
